My name is Dr. Larry Van Such, and I am a BWC certified Doctor of Chiropractic.  I have performed several hundred C92 exams and reports to date.

I would like the opportunity to earn your business regarding the performing of C92 exams and the preparation of the report.

My fees are very competitive. We charge only $100.00 if payment is received with 7 days of your receipt of my report; $125 if payment is received within 45 days of your receipt of my report; and $150.00 for any payment made after 45 days of your receipt of my report.

Your first exam and report with my office is free.  This is done as way to introduce ourselves to you and to give you an opportunity to see how we coordinate these exams.
